Accommodation

We are pleased to be able to offer excellent accommodation possibilities at the Sport Institute and at luxury cottages. All accommodation is within walking distance from SantaSport Sport Institute and other sport facilities.

All accommodation facilities will enable athletes to use various sport facilities during their free time and for practise. A gym, sports hall, spa and many other facilities are within easy reach.

The luxury cabins are ideal for families. Cabins accommodate 4-6 people and offer five-star luxury. They are located near all sport facilities as well as the SantaSport.

SantaSport Sport institute offers excellent training facilites for athletes aiming to the podium.

Whichever accommodation provided by LOC the athletes choose, they will be within walking distance of all competition venues as well as Rovaniemi city centre.

Luxury cabins

Ounasvaaran Lakituvat cabins are located in Rovaniemi, on top of the Ounasvaara fell, at the Arctic Circle.

Cabin are in the middle of a network of hiking trails and cross country ski tracks. Ski slopes are only 200 metres away. Santa Sport Center with it`s modern well being services and spa facility is within a walking distance. Although surrounded by nature where reindeer are often seen, the cabins are within walking distance from lively Rovaniemi centre.

Luxuriously equipped 67 square meter (721 ft², 80 yd²) apartments have two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room, bath and the Sauna is always ready. TV, Radio with CD player, Sony Play Station 2 and fast internet access are located in every unit. Firewood is always available. The cabins offer privacy for four person and limited privacy for two persons accommodated to second floor balcony.

SantaSport training facilities, spa and therapeutic services are within few minutes way from the cabins. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served in SantaSport.

SantaSport - Sport institute

Santasport Center has single, double, three and four person room. All rooms have a toilet, shower, television and central radio. Rooms are clustered around lounges where athletes can socialise with other teams. Santasport Center also has a coffee shop and a fully licensed club room.

If accommodation in SantaSport, all training facilities, spa, therapeutic services are only metres away and available all day, every day.
