Participation fees

All competition fees include accommodation, breakfast, lunch, dinner and free use of SantaSports training facilities.

The LOC will provide free entry for 50 junior Nicolas Cup competitors. If more than 50 children will participate the costs will be seeded to all countries sending child participants. If a country sends 30% of the total Nicolas Cup participants the country will pay 30% of the possible extra cost and so on.

There are limited number of each accommodation type and after the registration has opened they will be given out on "first come, first serve" basis. If requested accomodation is not available, another type will be automaticly reserved (rates will be calculated by available accomodation not by requested accomodation).

Accommodation A - luxury cabin accommodation

Luxuriously equipped 67 square meter (721 ft², 80 yd²) apartments have two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room, bath and the Sauna is always ready. TV, Radio with CD player, Sony Play Station 2 and fast internet access are located in every unit. Firewood is always available. The cabins offer privacy for four person and limited privacy for two person accommodated to second floor balcony.

The cabin accommodation fares are calculated by six person per cabin. If less that six person want to accommodate in a cabin an extra charge will be issued.

Accommodation B - Sport institute accomodation

Santasport Center has single, double and four person room. All rooms have a toilet, shower, television and central radio. Santasport Center also has a coffee shop and a fully licensed club room.

Cancellations

No late registrations, no late cancellations: cancellations for medical reasons will need to be covered by each team or individual’s travel insurance.
